Founder of National Metabolic and Longevity Research Center Answers Questions About Diets

(ContentDesk) January 6, 2006 -- Over the past few days, ever since New Years Eve, The National Metabolic & Longevity Research Center has been bombarded with questions about the possible harmful effects that their past diets might have caused. It seems like everyones tried diet after diet in the past and are now concerned with how to fix any internal problems they may have caused.Well to help alleviate some of the fear that's out there, Christopher Guerriero, Founder of the NM&L Research Center, answers a few of the basic questions here:Q: Could I have caused permanent damage by following a high protein diet?A: If you havent yet experienced any major health problems, then its not too late to reverse many, if not all of the negative side effects that usually follow a program like that.Q: I think Ive damaged myself internally by following this fad diet (like Atkins, the 3-hr diet, or the Sonoma Diet) & HELP!A: First, relax! Then simply stop doing the things that you know are killing you, and start doing things that have been proven to make you healthier, leaner, and more energetic. For example&every meal should have its foundation in fresh, preferably raw vegetables, then you should add a small portion of lean protein such as egg white, fish, chicken, or turkey.
Thats it.
That simple change will help you reverse many of the toxic effects of an unhealthy diet and re-start the fat-burning process, getting you back into a tight, lean body.Q: Im afraid to stop this way of eating, for fear of gaining it (my fat) back, what do you suggest?A: Its time to make a change.
Its time to re-train your metabolism, and begin triggering the correct chemicals within your body to help you automatically burn body-fat naturally. By following a healthy diet program thats proven to get you healthy and lean fast, your body WILL transform from unhealthy to healthy, from unfit to fit, and from ordinary to extraordinary. To learn more about Christopher and his research get the free audio titled: Unleash your Metabolism at: www.UnleashYourMetabolism.comFor more information about the many techniques Christopher and his team at the research center come across which can help readers gain the competitive edge in their dieting and weight loss efforts follow Christophers blog at:http://maximizeyourmetabolism.com/MaxYourMetabolismBlogChristopher Guerriero, is the founder of the National Metabolic & Longevity Research Center and a best-selling author, speaker, and coach to millions.

Exercise and Diet

A good many men and women are paying out good money -- sometimes thousands of pounds -- to purchase home fitness and personal gym equipment.. They've abandoned public health clubs and gyms in favor of working out in the privacy of their own homes.People who do purchase home fitness equipment tend to take one of three courses after their workout or gym purchases. In reality, only one of the three courses many of these people take actually will end up producing results when it comes to improving health and fitness. One group of people who purchase home fitness equipment take off and begin using the gym equipment with a passion -- for a few days. In little time, the luster of the gym equipment wears off. In short speed, these men and women lose interest in their home gym equipment.

These people end up working out sporadically, if at all. In the end, the home fitness...

Diets Fail, Lets Get Back to The Basics

Copyright 2005 RS Marketing NewsThere are basically thousands of diets out on the market today. Most of them are promising quick weight loss. However it may be true that some diets work, most of them fail. What's worse is the more diets we have, the heavier we get. To put it another way.

There is more fat people today than there was yesterday. It's getting worse. The one thing most of us haven't gained is the knowledge it takes to lose it. What we have done is complain and blame other things for our own situation. I'm sure your just like most people.

I bet you think of your weight all the time. If you are thinking about your fat, then you may be more justified. There really isn't a simple way to say it. We don't want to concentrate so much in losing weight as much as we need to focus on losing "fat". It may be time to take apart each diet and see exactly what is wrong with them if this is the road we prefer.

I have a better way though. Before you start looking at...
